The client is a globally operating professional training institute based in Tamil Nadu, specializing in providing auditing courses and certification programs for delegates across different countries.

Their business involves multiple stages — starting from lead generation through various sources such as referrals, social media, advertisements, and subcontractors, to class scheduling, student
training, examinations, and certification.

The client aimed to streamline their end-to-end operations by automating key processes. The lead management and deal flow were handled in Zoho CRM, while the course management, batch allocation, examination, and certification processes were managed through Zoho Creator.

This integration ensured smooth data flow, improved efficiency, and reduced manual intervention across the entire training lifecycle.

The project aimed to build a fully automated system for the client’s global auditing training business by integrating Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. The automation covered the complete process  from lead generation and conversion in CRM to course management, examination, and certification in Creator.

 This transformation eliminated manual tracking and data duplication, allowing the client to manage all their operations including student enrolments, batch scheduling, exam evaluations, and certificate distribution  through a single connected platform.

Our Solution

The implementation focused on automating the client’s complete business process — from lead generation to certification using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. The goal was to create a unified system that minimized manual work, ensured accuracy, and improved coordination between teams:

  • Develop a complete automation flow connecting Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator to manage the entire process from lead to certification.
  • Implement CRM automation to track leads from multiple sources (referrals, social media, ads, subcontractors) and convert them into deals efficiently.
  • Create a seamless integration where confirmed deals in CRM automatically create student and batch records in Zoho Creator.
  • Build custom Creator modules for student registration, batch allocation, examination tracking, and certificate generation.
  • Automate exam and certification workflows, including result updates, re-exam tracking, and automatic email notifications.
  • Design reports and dashboards for real-time tracking of student progress, exam performance, and business analytics.
