Bridge Academy is an internationally recognized institution dedicated to preserving and institutionalizing Indian Fine Arts, including Music, Dance, and Art, through its globally acclaimed 8 Grade System. 
The 8 Grade System standardizes syllabus, learning, evaluation, and certification while preserving the legacy and heritage of Indian Fine Arts. Implemented by a global network of teachers, gurus, and institutions, Bridge Academy’s framework bridges the gap between learning and certification and is widely adopted across the world. 
With operations spanning multiple regions and a diverse workforce of academic and non-academic staff, Bridge Academy required a robust HR and payroll solution to manage employees efficiently while supporting scalability and compliance.

Client Overview

To address these challenges, we implemented Zoho People for Human Resource Management and Zoho Payroll for end-to-end payroll processing, along with ESSL biometric device integration for accurate attendance capture of non-user employees, ensuring seamless integration between both systems.

Issues faced by the client

Our Solution

The implementation focused on automating the client’s complete business process — from lead generation to certification — using Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator. The goal was to create a unified system that minimized manual work, ensured accuracy, and improved coordination between teams:
  • Implemented Zoho People as a centralized HR system for managing all employee data (users and non-users).
  • Integrated ESSL biometric devices to automate and accurately capture attendance for all supporting staff.
  • Configured attendance policies, shifts, grace time, and overtime rules to standardize attendance tracking.
  • Set up a complete Leave Management system `with multi-level approvals and real-time leave balance tracking.
  • Enabled Employee Self-Service (ESS) for leave applications, attendance viewing, and docume`nt access.
  • Implemented Zoho Payroll with automated salary structures, deductions, and statutory components (PF, ESI, PT, IT).
  • Established seamless integration between Zoho People and Zoho Payroll for automatic attendance and LOP syncing.
  • Automated payroll processing, payslip generation, and statutory compliance reports to ensure accuracy and scalability
